Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to provide administrative support for our BAE Systems team in San Diego. The selected candidate is responsible for completing a wide range of tasks including securing travel arrangements, processing travel expenses, managing facility operational needs, managing shipments and deliveries, and compiling and submitting various reports. This role is critical in assisting our team who support naval operations. Timely and accurate delivery of information is of the utmost importance.The hourly rate for this position is set by the Dept of Labor and is not negotiable. Current rate is $23.54/hr.This position is located in San Diego, CA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to San Diego, CA or surrounding areas.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma and some related experienceExperience with MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Attention to detailPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsExperience with Concur travel reservation and expensing programPay InformationThis position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA).
