Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Support revenue generating departments on cash-related issues and perform month-end tasks including reconciliation and payment posting Act as a subject matter expert in cash processing and collaborate with various departments to identify trends and recommend process improvements Coordinate communication among billing offices and assist in resolving reconciliation variances while preparing data requests for audits Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Business/Healthcare related field preferred or equivalent experience One to three years of recent experience in healthcare cash processing, finance, or patient accounting Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, demanding environment Strong analytical skills for evaluating information and synthesizing actionable insights
