Senior Operations Accountant is a full-time, exempt position responsible for executing month-end close activities, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while collaborating with distribution centers and leadership for accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Own assigned accounting areas, ensuring organized records and accuracy of account balances Execute month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and implement process improvements for operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fundamental accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrated ownership and accountability with a proactive mindset
