Troubleshoot and repair: electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Automated conveyors systems experience
Complete preventative maintenance

Job Description
The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following:
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors)
Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures
Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries
Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets
Managing work orders within a CMMS
Electrical, knowledge of basics components
Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment
Track and store the departments inventory, including spare partsBasic Qualifications
MRTs MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive & preventative maintenance procedures.
2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls
2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
2+ year knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safety standards
1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Education:
High school or equivalent diploma
Industries & Equipment: Candidate from Distribution, Logistics,
Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems
and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting,
repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors and
other material handling equipment (MHE) – Including Controls & RoboticsPreferred Qualifications:
Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operations
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Continuous improvement mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon RME
Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards
Associates or higher degree grom a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field
2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field
2+ of experience working with PLC based controls systems
Experience with robotic operation and maintenanceWork Environment:
Candidates need to be okay with their performance being tracked by data and numbers (they do not micromanage but they will have a system in place to understand if you are meeting expectations)
Large distribution facility with high speed, automation equipment, mostly with robotic components.
Need to be ok walking 10,000 steps per day & 49lbs at a time.
Shift:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
