Come build your future with us!About the RoleThe Regional Manager oversees multifamily community operations within their designated region, driving financial performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures alignment with company goals by optimizing processes, managing community engagement, and supporting on-site teams to deliver a seamless resident experience. The position requires expertise in compliance, budgeting, and multi-site management, along with strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team.The role requires frequent travel within the Houston, TX region to perform all of the responsibilities described below, including weekly visits to each community, and may occasionally require travel outside the assigned region for special assignments.What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
