This is a coordination-heavy role focused on scheduling, logistics, and program execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling, calendars, and coordination for customer and executive engagementsSupport meeting prep, agendas, materials, and follow-upsAssist with customer outreach and engagement logisticsTrack deliverables, timelines, and ownership across teamsMaintain documentation, trackers, and program artifactsCapture notes, action items, and ensure follow-throughSupport product engagement initiatives and customer alignmentIdentify process gaps and support operational improvementsQualifications5+ years of experience in program coordination, project admin, or similar rolesStrong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management experienceExcellent attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and experience supporting leadershipProactive mindset with strong ownershipToolsGoogle WorkspaceFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)What They’re Looking ForDetail-oriented, execution-focusedStrong coordinator who can manage multiple moving piecesProactive and able to take ownershipBrings structure and reliability to the team
