Position Summary Our Bristol, RI facility is looking for a meticulous and committed Assembler to become a key member of our production crew. You will be instrumental in our manufacturing workflow, verifying that every item produced aligns with our rigorous benchmarks for excellence and productivity. Core Duties Construct parts and sub-assemblies by strictly adhering to provided technical drawings and design requirements. Perform thorough inspections to help ensure the final output consistently satisfies our quality benchmarks. Keep your designated work area tidy and structured to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Work alongside colleagues to ensure we hit our collective manufacturing targets and delivery schedules. Notify management immediately regarding any production errors or irregularities. Operate both manual and electric tools with a focus on safe handling and proper technique. Engage in ongoing professional development to help improve your technical proficiency and operational knowledge. Required Skills and Attributes Completion of secondary education or a GED is preferred. Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrate a high level of precision and the capacity to execute complex instructions without error. Capable of functioning effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group setting. Proficiency in fundamental arithmetic and the use of standard measurement equipment. Maintain clear communication habits and a constructive, professional demeanor. Show a readiness to acquire new skills and adjust to the demands of a high-speed production floor.
