Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, educational leadership, or administration, with a Master's degree desired. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in school leadership, particularly in a Christian or private school setting, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of Christian education philosophy, curriculum development, and experience with school accreditation processes and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire, strong organizational and financial management skills, and experience in fundraising and donor relations.
