Infectious Disease opening in Indiana - Located in Mishawaka, IN - Chicago 105m - Full-time, permanent position - Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics. - Health/dental/vision/disability/life/retirement benefits. - Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail. - 27 days off per year; 7 holidays, 5 days and $3,000 for CME. - $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships. - Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy. - Student loan assistance is available if needed - Office is closed every Friday afternoon - Weekend call for this opportunity is 1:4The selected physician will join two full time and one part time Infectious Disease physicians. This is a community based practice conveniently located in a modern Medical Office Building adjacent to hospital. Practice is consultative in nature; members see both inpatients and outpatients. The selected candidate can expect to see basic pathologies such as HIV, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infection, bacteriema, and abscesses.The team participates in and directs the hospital's Infection Prevention, Infection Control, and Sepsis Programs/Committees. Opportunities for teaching exist with hospital's family medicine residents.
