We invest in our people through generous benefits, meaningful profit sharing, and an environment that values both performance and perspective.About the Role:The Client Manager position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media's Client Service team and plays a critical part in supporting our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient and comfortable working independently.You'll use your communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across Account Executives, while supporting planning teams and other departments as needed.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in advertisingCandidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team playerAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal communication and writing skillsComfortable interacting with partners and clientsMust be proficient in all Microsoft office propertiesPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team playerFlexibility to work in a rapidly changing environmentRequirementsKey Responsibilities:Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, this role support to Ad Sales team and collaborates across all internal operations teams. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account listCommunicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partnersLearn and master the use of our proprietary toolsAssist Planning teamsConfirm and execute client ordersPrepare weekly post log reports and final campaign posts and analysisDeliver timely reporting to clientsCollaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimizationBecome an expert in the sales and operations processesAct as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partnersWork with the business intelligence team on specific client requestsOther responsibilities as required (we're a small company - we all pitch in and get things done!)What we offer:We provide an environment where employees can grow, develop their skills, and build meaningful careers.
