You will manage a team to develop and nurture business partnerships, implement account strategies, and achieve key client objectives. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, analyzing client performance metrics, and providing strategic insights to both clients and internal teams. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, offering flexibility to work from home part-time.Qualifications5+ Years of Experience in Client Success, Client Management or Account Management with B2C Brands.Proven expertise in Account Management, Business Relationship Management, and Customer Retention.Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation to drive strategic decisions.Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or client services is beneficial.
