This role works closely with the Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to develop process expertise and operational discipline, while contributing to ad hoc projects and process improvements. This position provides exposure to global treasury operations and is an excellent development opportunity for candidates seeking to grow into more senior treasury roles.Liquidity & Cash ManagementOwn the preparation, review, and delivery of daily global cash positioning and liquidity reportsDevelop and maintain short-term cash forecasts and funding plansExecute intercompany funding, loan settlements, and cash movements, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAdminister global cash pooling and zero balance account (ZBA) structuresMonitor bank balances and optimize the use of liquidity across business unitsTreasury Systems & Banking PlatformsServe as the Kyriba Treasury Management System super-user and process ownerMaintain data integrity, controls, and reporting accuracy in KyribaDesign and implement automation, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvementsAdminister global banking portals, including Bank of America CashPro and J.P. Morgan AccessServe asthe first point of contact for portal issues, entitlements, and access managementAct as administrator for FX trading and confirmation platformsBank Account, KYC & Banking ManagementOwn the global bank account lifecycle, including openings, closures, and signatory updatesLead bank account rationalization initiatives and optimization of banking relationshipsManage KYC documentation and onboarding for new and existing global bank relationshipsConduct bank fee analysis, benchmarking, and cost optimization projectsEnsure all bank accounts and KYC documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with internal policiesTreasury Operations, Controls & ReportingPublishthe month-end FX rates for Sims LimitedServe as a back-office function for FX hedging activities, including confirmations, settlements, and documentationEnsure compliance with Group Treasury policies, SOX controls, and audit requirementsSupport internal and external audit requests related to treasury operationsCapital Markets & Risk Management SupportAct as execution backup for FX transactions until a dedicated Capital Markets, FX & Commodities Manager is hiredCoordinate closely with the VP & Group Treasurer to ensure accurate execution, confirmation, and settlement of hedging transactionsMaintain hedging documentation, controls, and reporting to support risk management objectivesTreasury Administration & Corporate CardsServe as administrator for corporate credit card programsProject-Based & Ad Hoc Treasury InitiativesLead or support ad hoc treasury projects as assigned by the VP & Group TreasurerDrive projects from planning through execution and final reportingExamples include U.S. Treasury operating model enhancements, global cash pooling redesign, system automation, and process standardization initiativesTeam Support & DevelopmentProvide day-to-day guidance and technical support to junior Treasury Operations staffEnsure strong operational discipline, documentation, and knowledge transferAct as operational backup for critical treasury processesExperince3–5 years of corporate treasury or treasury operations experience with increasing responsibilityBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplineCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferredHands-on experience with the Kyriba Treasury Management SystemExperience supporting FX operationsStrong analytical, systems, and communication skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerSIMS LIMITED IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
