The firm, based in Tampa, specializes in residential land development and has built a reputation for disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and strong lender relationships across its platform.As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support their credit facility and development operations. This is a highly execution-focused position, acting as a central point for cost tracking, draw coordination, and lender reporting. The role offers direct exposure to the financial and operational mechanics of large-scale residential development projects, working closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams. It is well suited to someone looking to build a strong foundation in real estate finance within a structured, growth-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key coordinator supporting the company’s credit facility, including draw preparation and submission processesPull, organize, and validate invoices and supporting documentation for borrowing base and lender submissionsPrepare complete, lender-ready backup packages in line with credit agreement requirementsMaintain draw tracking logs, funding schedules, and reconciliation worksheetsSupport draw submissions, follow-ups, and post-funding reconciliationsCoordinate cost details across projects to ensure alignment between invoices, commitments, and approved budgetsAssist with tracking lot sales, development phases, and borrowing base componentsMaintain organized documentation for lender and internal review purposesSupport responses to lender requests by retrieving and assembling supporting documentationCoordinate preparation and maintenance of lot mix schedulesWork with operations teams to track lot status (raw land, in-process, finished, contracted)Ensure lot mix schedules align with draw submissions, borrowing base calculations, and internal reportingMaintain version control and documentation trails for lot mix updatesAct as a liaison between Accounts Payable, Project Managers, Accounting, Development, and Sales teamsCoordinate timing and completeness of invoice submissions and approvalsEscalate missing or inconsistent information to appropriate stakeholdersSupport finance leadership with ad hoc data requests related to the credit facilityQualifications2–5 years of experience in credit administration, draw coordination, cost tracking, or project supportExperience within a real estate developer, private equity sponsor, or lending institution preferred, with exposure to borrower or lender submissionsStrong attention to detail and documentation standardsProficiency in Excel, including filters, lookups, and reconciliationsAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing timelines
