This role provides high-quality customer service, supports intake and application processes, and connects clients to appropriate resources such as housing, financial assistance, employment, and behavioral health services.The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while supporting clients with diverse and often complex needs.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients seeking human services and program supportRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a customer-first approachAssist clients with intake, applications, and eligibility processesEnter, update, and maintain client data across multiple systems and databasesSchedule appointments, manage referrals, and coordinate service deliveryProvide information on programs and connect clients to appropriate County and community resourcesVerify application details, documentation, and eligibility requirementsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and case activitiesProcess payments, collect fees, and reconcile financial transactionsSupport case tracking, reporting, and performance metricsCollaborate with internal staff and external partners to resolve client issuesAssist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, document processing, and recordkeepingMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredExperience in customer service, administrative support, or human services environmentKnowledge of social services programs, eligibility processes, or case management systems preferredAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate recordsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) may be preferred based on assignmentEqual Employment Opportunity StatementTalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
