Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Programming Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development initiatives across our organization. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic project delivery, requiring deep hands-on expertise in Python, AI/machine learning, database architecture, PHP, and cloud-based application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from inception to successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery•      Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.•      Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks.•      Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.•      Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Technical Leadership•      Provide technical direction and guidance on Python-based application development and AI/ML pipeline implementation.•      Oversee architecture decisions for cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).•      Review and approve database design, schema, and query optimization strategies across SQL and NoSQL systems.•      Collaborate with developers on PHP application development, RESTful API design, and backend integration.•      Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.Team & Stakeholder Management•      Lead cross-functional development teams of 5–15 engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps personnel.•      Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.•      Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.•      Conduct regular performance check-ins, mentorship sessions, and career development conversations.Quality & Process•      Establish and enforce coding standards, code review practices, and documentation requirements.•      Implement CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps to ensure rapid, reliable deployment.•      Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party integrations.•      Maintain comprehensive project documentation, post-mortems, and lessons learned repositories.Required QualificationsEducation•      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.•      PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is strongly preferred.Experience•      Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in a programming project management or technical lead role.•      Demonstrated history of delivering mid-to-large-scale software projects on time and within budget.•      Prior experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.Technical Skills (3–5 Years Minimum Each)•      Python – Application development, scripting, automation, and framework usage (Django, Flask, FastAPI).•      Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning – Supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, model deployment, and AI pipeline management (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).•      Database Development – Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB); query optimization and data modeling.•      PHP – Server-side development, CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel), and API integration.•      Cloud-Based Application Development – AWS, Azure, or GCP; serverless architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).Soft Skills•      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.•      Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.•      High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate teams through ambiguity.•      Meticulous attention to detail balanced with a strategic big-picture perspective.Preferred Qualifications•      Experience with DevSecOps practices and security-first development principles.•      Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.•      Knowledge of data governance, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA regulations.•      Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Azure DevOps.•      Exposure to generative AI technologies and large language model (LLM) integration.What We Offer•      Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.•      Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.•      401(k) with company matching.•      Flexible hybrid work arrangement.•      Annual professional development budget and conference attendance.•      A collaborative, innovation-driven culture where your impact is visible and valued.
