This role leads recruiting efforts in Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh, ensuring each market is effectively staffed to support business needs. The position sets the overall recruiting strategy, establishes performance expectations, and holds local recruiting teams accountable for results, while elevating the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the company-wide recruiting strategy across all three markets (Charlotte, Charleston, Raleigh)Partner with local leadership to align hiring plans with business needs and event volumeDirect and hold accountable recruiting resources in each location to meet hiring goalsLead full-cycle, proactive recruiting for key and leadership rolesEstablish standardized recruiting processes, tools, and reporting across all marketsMonitor recruiting performance by location and implement improvementsBuild candidate pipelines for high-volume event staffing, operations staffing and leadership rolesEnhance employer brand through recruiting events, partnerships, and social mediaWork with HR to improve the candidate experience from application through onboardingLead workforce planning for peak seasons, major events, and new venue openingsQualifications5+ years of recruiting experience, including multi-location responsibilityExperience in hospitality, events, or high-volume staffing preferredProven ability to lead and hold teams accountable for resultsBachelor’s degree preferred
