Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney

We are hiring a trust and estate litigation attorney to join our team of tenacious trial lawyers at Chenoweth Law Group, a Pacific Northwest law firm based in Portland, OR. Position Details: Total Compensation: Depending on experience and success in the role this position pays $125,000-$200,000 total annual earnings between base salary and bonus opportunities. The Role: As a trust and estate litigation attorney Chenoweth Law Group, you will be responsible for supporting other attorneys and handling your own cases from start to finish, with the support of a paralegal and legal assistant. You will be focused on your case load, along with continuing to develop the estate/trust litigation practice at CLG. Qualifications: We are looking for acandidate with a growth mindset who not only has the legal experience to support our clients, but who also understands the big picture; someone who always acts with integrity, perseverance, ingenuity, professionalism, and who is motivated to continue sharpening their skills and grow. Qualifications include: 5+ years of experience litigating estate and trust cases. Experience with contested guardianships, conservatorships, and elder abuse claims is preferred. Ability to competently drive litigation cases forward while delegating and efficiently utilizing the support of paralegals and legal assistants. Must be an Oregon State Bar member in good standing.
