You work well both independently and collaboratively and value being a reliable, steady presence on a litigation team.Qualifications2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm setting, with litigation experience preferredExperience preparing, proofreading, and e‑filing pleadings and other litigation documentsWorking knowledge of Oregon and Washington court rules and filing procedures environmentComfort communicating regularly by email and phone with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counselProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsResponsibilitiesDocket, track, and own litigation deadlines, ensuring timely filings across Oregon and Washington courtsProactively follow up with attorneys to obtain drafts, approvals, and materials needed to meet deadlinesMaintain and manage attorney calendars with a focus on upcoming court obligationsDraft, format, proofread, and e‑file pleadings and litigation documentsOrganize and maintain electronic case files and correspondenceAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and document organizationKey DetailsSchedule: Full‑time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmWork Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office weekly, including Wednesdays)Benefits: 100% Employer paid Health Insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, Employer paid Life and LTD Insurance, 401(k) with company contribution up to 6% at 6 months, Paid Holidays, employee assistance program and more!
