This role requires a strategic leader who can meet or exceed sales and profit expectations, forecast business trends, and ensure compliance with company and brand standards. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with motivating and developing the operations team, as well as collaborating with various departments to achieve operational and team success.Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. The role demands a candidate with a consistent record of meeting operational commitments, strong financial acumen, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience in restaurant marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and various operational point-of-sale systems.
