The successful candidate will be responsible for leading go-to-market efforts to acquire and grow business with long-term care (LTC) facilities, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This individual contributor role demands a proactive approach to building deep relationships, educating decision-makers, and driving the adoption of differentiated pharmacy services and technology-enabled solutions. The VP will have full ownership of territory growth and revenue performance, operating with significant autonomy and influence to displace incumbent vendors and create brand momentum. Applicants must have a proven field sales track record, ideally in pharmacy services, LTC/SNF, or a related sector, and an existing network within the Northeast region. The role requires the ability to manage a complex sales process, balance strategic planning with tactical execution, and lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of translating service and technology benefits into business outcomes, and will have experience in closing mid-to-large, multi-year service agreements. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
