Functional Safety Specialist

What You’ll Do:Audit Safety Control Systems (SCS) for compliance with ISO 13849 & ANSI B11Identify non-conformities and implement countermeasures to achieve required performance levelsDevelop project plans, milestones, KPIs, and manage 3rd-party consultantsLead cross-functional collaboration and provide executive-level status reportingSupport troubleshooting, implementation, and mentorship of technical teamsMust-Have Qualifications:TÜV Functional Safety Engineer (or equivalent certification)5+ years in functional safety within industrial/automation environmentsStrong Safety PLC programming and communication protocol experienceHands-on experience with ISO 13849-1, ANSI B11 compliancePreferred Experience: GuardLogix, Omron Sysmac Safety, Siemens TIA Portal (Safety), FMEA/FMEDA, and risk assessment tools.
