Nutrition Services - Food Service WorkerThis position involves being part of a dedicated team that works together to provide outstanding meals and friendly customer service at a fast pace, to the students of Lincoln Public Schools. Our customers range in age from birth to 21 years of age. Job duties include all aspects of meal preparation, serving, and clean-up. Practical working knowledge of food service and food safety practices and procedures preferred.Four to six-hour shifts. (Most start times are between 7:00 am - 9:30 am and are done by 1:15 pm - 2:00 pm).School days only, Monday through Friday.This position is eligible for full-time health insurance benefit.High school diploma or G.E.D. (desired)Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day.Placement is determined at the time of offer.2025-2026 wage is $16.95/Hr.This position is subject to veterans preference.
