Following a multi-million dollar renovation, including the upcoming launch of a signature fine-dining steakhouse and a modernized sports bar, this property stands as a pillar of the local hospitality community. This area offers a vibrant quality of life, blending the energy of a major university town with a manageable cost of living and a central location that attracts significant regional corporate and association business.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across 250+ guest rooms and extensive meeting facilities.Lead and mentor a multi-person sales team, including Catering Sales Managers and Convention Services.Direct property-level sales initiatives for key segments including corporate, association, and SMERF markets.Collaborate closely with the General Manager and corporate leadership to hit ambitious quarterly revenue targets.Manage high-level client relationships and conduct regular site tours to showcase recent $5M property renovations.Utilize data-driven insights to adjust pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market trends.Position RequirementsProven track record of success in full-service hotel sales, specifically with properties featuring 200+ rooms.Extensive experience managing large-scale conference center operations (20,000+ sq. ft. of event space).Strong leadership background with experience managing a sales team of 3 or more individuals.Deep understanding of CRM software and sales performance analytics.Flexibility to work varied hours to support property events and client needs.High-energy, strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.Compensation Package DetailsBase Salary: $80,000 - $90,000Bonus: 25% potential, paid quarterlyBenefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement: 401k program (currently in progress for year-end implementation)PTO: Competitive accrual-based time off (Vacation, Sick, and Personal)Relocation: Assistance available up to $3,000 on a case-by-case basisIf you are a strategic sales professional ready to lead a refreshed, high-volume asset to new heights, please submit your credentials for consideration.Only qualified candidates will be contacted
