Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer to support our team in Pocatello, ID. As a Windows Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for installing, maintaining, and securing any Windows-based systems that form the infrastructure backbone of enterprise networks. This position requires and active Top Secret clearance and is onsite.Responsibilities include: 1. Serving as the expert for all Windows environments.2. Designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support of the Windows Infrastructure.3. Supporting physical and virtual systems on multiple security enclaves.4. Responding to frequent and varied requests for DNS, DHCP, DFS, print systems, and other support.5. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime.6. Developing scripts and other modern solutions for advancing enterprise automation.7. Collaborating professionally with other infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.8. Engineering and maintaining the baseline Windows Server image for the enterprise.Qualifications:Must be a U.S. CitizenActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility5+ years directly related industry experienceDesired Skills: 5+ years' experience with Windows system administrationFamiliarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerFamiliarity with MDT, WDS, and working with WIMSystems administration of DNS, DHCP, and DFSAdministration of Active Directory and Group Policy preferredAbout Us:Edgewater Federal Solutions is a privately held government contracting firm located in Frederick, MD.
