Dietitian

Youll provide care to diverse patient populations using Medical Nutrition Therapy, including assessments, goal setting, and individualized care plans. Youll serve as the nutrition expert for assigned units or committees, helping drive improvements in nutrition care processes. Youll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. As needed, youll ensure documentation meets outpatient billing and regulatory requirements. Youll identify malnutrition and develop nutrition diagnoses using Nutrition Focused Physical Assessments and established criteria. Youll educate and counsel patients and families, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and understanding. When needed, youll create written materials, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences. Youll provide timely interventions based on each patients nutrition risk and plan of care.
