Salary and academic rank are commensurate with all positions.Clinical Faculty's primary responsibilities are a clinical practice with opportunities for medical student and residency teaching, including inpatient adult and pediatric care and/or obstetrical care.Faculty physicians practice side by side with our resident physicians providing patient care in our family medicine clinics ' located in Columbia and in three nearby rural communities ' as well as in two area hospitals and the local federally qualified community health center. In addition to our eight practices, our department manages three Mizzou Quick Care clinics. Outpatient visits at these facilities total nearly 160,000 annually. The Department of Family & Community Medicine is nationally recognized and ranked by U.S. News & World Report in the top ten family medicine programs for nearly 25 years.QualificationsAll candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. and be either board-certified or board eligible.
