Currently seeking Full Spectrum, Family Medicine, Core Faculty Physicians for a 6-6-6 Family Medicine Residency Program based in a 116-bed community hospital. These are employed positions for the Hospital s Family Medicine Residency Program, located in historic southwest Virginia.The ideal candidates must be Family Medicine board certified with experience in full-scope family medicine including obstetrics and a desire to provide patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Fellowship training preferred, but not required. Physicians must have a strong commitment to graduate medical education. These are full-time positions with the following required duties: handling administrative duties for the GME program, which includes resident supervision in the clinic and hospital, attendance at meetings, candidate interviews, curriculum development, and research; and direct patient care and clinical activities working with our residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
