Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst at MobilityWare, you will serve as a cross-functional business partner supporting key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include revenue modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI evaluations, and market research.This role encourages intellectual curiosity and provides opportunities to enhance existing analytical and reporting processes while developing new ones. Your financial modeling expertise will be strengthened through regular deliverables to leadership and a wide range of ad-hoc analyses that support data-driven decision making across the organization.Responsibilities:Lead FP&A activities consisting of monthly KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, forecasting and annual planning cyclePartner with multiple functions to translate high-level input and ideas into strategic plansDrive the annual budgeting cycle by preparing trend analysis and fostering collaboration amongst teams to set KPI targets that prompt accountabilityDevelop and maintain financial models for forecasting and ad-hoc analysisAnalyze data to identify key trends and explain monthly variances between actuals and forecastOversee KPI dashboards across products and functions and proactively ensure data integrity by reconciling inconsistenciesSignificant contributor to executive strategy presentation decksPrepare ad-hoc analysis and what-if scenarios to support and steer multiyear business decision-makingQualifications for Position:Bachelor’s degree with Finance, Economics, or related business field3-5 years of working experiences in financial planning and analysis, and/or business intelligenceMobile games business experience (not necessarily current company)Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to amass, interpret, and utilize dataFamiliarity with SQL and retrieving data from databaseWilling to work in the weeds with all levels of the organizationAble to build strong relationshipsLeadership expertiseExcellent organizational and project management skillsGreat written and oral communicationDemonstrated ability to build relationshipsA Little Bit About Us:MobilityWare is one of the leading mobile game publishers of card and puzzle games. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $115,000- $135,000.
