Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Fully Onsite – DTLA) Job Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually OR $55–$57/hour DOEAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced corporate finance team supporting a dynamic retail and consumer products organization. This role offers strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to partner with senior leadership on forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial initiatives.The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative yet independent work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processesPerform financial modeling, variance analysis, and trend analysis to support strategic business decisionsPrepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadershipAnalyze departmental expenses, inventory trends, and operational performance metricsAssist with financial reporting related to corporate KPIs, profitability, and business performancePartner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business unitsSupport ad hoc analysis, business cases, and special projects as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficienciesAssist with consolidation activities and large data analysis projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experienceStrong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysisExperience preparing financial reporting and actionable business insights for leadershipAdvanced Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulasExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferredExperience with TM1, JDE, or large ERP systems is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting retail, consumer products, or supply chain finance functionsExposure to consolidations and executive-level financial presentationsExperience analyzing large datasets and identifying operational trendsWhy Join?Opportunity to work with a high-performing and collaborative finance teamExposure to executive leadership and strategic business initiativesCareer growth and mentorship opportunitiesStable and growing organization with strong operational momentumDynamic environment that encourages initiative and innovationIND1
