They will be supporting programs that require engine mapping, combustion analysis, emissions testing, and mechanical/power development.QualificationsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent2+ years of automotive mechanical related experienceMust have excellent engine mechanical and electrical diagnostic skillsMust be proficient with computers, including MS Office applications and dynamometer controls operation experienceMust have own tools and a rolling tool boxMust be willing to learn and able to work overtime and weekends as neededMust be flexible, eager to learn and have a strong attention to detailMust have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skillsPreferred SkillsAssociate degree or technical training in an automotive related fieldEngine teardown/build skills and able to follow an engine assembly manualPowertrain calibration, diagnostics or controls experienceAble to perform simple fabricationsExperience or training with AVL PUMA 2.0 and/or A & D iTest dynamometer controlsBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
