Job Title: Project Manager – Multifamily ConstructionLocation: Vancouver, WASalary: $100,000 – $145,000 base (DOE) + benefitsAbout the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has a strong grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are metDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholdersReview and approve contracts, change orders, and invoicesEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policiesIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesSupport preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and bid reviewsQualifications5+ years of project management experience in multifamily constructionProven track record managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systemsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat They OfferCompetitive base salary ($100K–$145K depending on experience)Performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and advancement
