From preconstruction through closeout, you’ll have the resources and support to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Job DetailsRoles & Responsibilities: Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management processes Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships with clear communication and accountability Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and support staff Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfactionIdeal Background: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong understanding of ground-up, TI, and renovation projects Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredInterested in hearing more?
