Quality Manager - Electronic Manufacturing

Qualifications At least 5 years of quality management experience in the power supply or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry in FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack). A minimum of 8 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with familiarity in PCBA processes. FATP quality management experience is preferred. Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA), and experience with ISO9001/ISO14001 certifications Strong logical thinking, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
