Production Supervisor (Overnight)
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-growing, GMP-compliant production facility specializing in consumer products. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while helping build scalable processes in a startup environment.The ideal candidate is comfortable working on the floor, leading teams, enforcing quality standards, and improving processes in a regulated manufacturing setting.Shift: Night shiftResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standardsLead, train, and develop production staff, including operators and techniciansEnsure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standardsMonitor production schedules, staffing, and material flow to meet throughput and delivery targetsEnforce documentation practices, including batch records, production logs, deviations, and corrective actionsIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and waste reductionTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve themSupport audits, inspections, and internal quality reviewsMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready production environmentAssist with scaling processes, equipment, and team structure as the company growsQualifications3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, food, supplements, cosmetics, or similar)Strong working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and documentation requirementsExperience in high-volume, regulated production environments preferredProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing settingComfortable working in a startup or growth-stage environment with evolving processesStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with basic production reporting, metrics tracking, and documentation systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or manufacturing-related education a plusExperience with consumer packaged goods (CPG), regulated consumables, or pharmaceutical-style productionExposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or 5S methodologiesPrior experience helping scale production operations or implement new processes
