At Swiss Millwork, we specialize in high-end custom millwork and interior finishes. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.The ideal candidate will oversee millwork projects from start to finish, ensuring precision, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position, requiring daily presence at our Boca Raton facility.⸻Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and monitor millwork projects from concept to completion. • Coordinate logistics and maintain clear communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients. • Supervise schedules, deliveries, and on-site installation progress. • Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards throughout all project stages. • Review and verify technical drawings before production and installation.⸻Qualifications • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the millwork, cabinetry, or construction industry. • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required). • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
