Just a team that cares deeply about doing great work and supporting one another while we do it.The RoleFlatiron PM is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Miami, Florida to lead high-profile luxury retail and hospitality construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and takes pride in delivering an elevated client experience. You will serve as the trusted lead for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors while ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.What You’ll DoLead multiple luxury retail and hospitality projects simultaneously from planning through completionManage project schedules, budgets, procurement tracking, and overall project executionBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and white-glove serviceCoordinate architects, consultants, contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure alignment across all project phasesIdentify project risks early and drive solutions before issues escalateConduct site visits and oversee construction progress, quality, and brand standardsReview proposals, contracts, change orders, and invoices for accuracy and budget alignmentLead project meetings and provide clear, organized reporting to clients and internal teamsMentor Assistant Project Managers and contribute to a collaborative team cultureSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the companyWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in construction project managementExperience managing luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects preferredStrong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controlExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailCalm, solutions-focused leadership style with strong emotional intelligenceAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing precisionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency in project management and construction software platformsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredOur CultureWe’re building more than projects.
