This role will work closely with a Technical Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of moderate to complex data-driven projects.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading data, analytics, and cloud-based projects , with strong expertise in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and project execution in enterprise environments-preferably within healthcare.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryCoordinate across business, engineering, data, and AI stakeholdersDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metricsSupport data engineering and platform initiatives , including data pipelines and cloud-based solutionsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentationTrack deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across teamsEnsure alignment between business requirements and technical implementationManage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocationFacilitate meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communicationsEnsure compliance with healthcare data standards and governance practicesUtilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or SmartsheetRequired Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading technical projects in data, analytics, and cloud environmentsProven experience managing: Data architecture and data warehousing initiativesBusiness intelligence and big data projectsExperience supporting healthcare data initiatives (FHIR, CCDA, HL7 preferred)Strong working knowledge of SQL and database technologiesDemonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise projects and cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholdersExperience in: Project planning and executionBudgeting and financial trackingResource managementProficiency in project management toolsStrong documentation and organizational skillsExperience working with cloud platforms and enterprise systemsAbility to work independently with a proactive leadership approachPreferred Qualifications PMP certification (Required - must be listed on resume)Additional certifications: PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFeExperience in healthcare or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and IT processesExperience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with data governance, compliance, and security frameworksCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or TOGAF
