Program Coordinator, Revenue Cycle (Fully Remote – Texas)Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas)Employment Type: 6-month Contract-to-HireTarget Rate: ~$45/hr and NegotiableSchedule: Flexible start between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, consistent daily; 30 min – 1 hr lunchAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support revenue cycle operations within a hospital setting. This role focuses on driving process improvements, analyzing performance data, and managing key operational workflows.As a subject matter expert across billing, denials, and collections, you will use reporting and data insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This is a dynamic, project-driven role ideal for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the revenue cycle.What You'll DoAnalyze revenue cycle reports, including denials and billing data, to identify trends and performance gapsTranslate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunitiesLead cross-departmental discussions to review findings and drive process improvementsOwn and monitor key processes, including automated workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyAct as a "watchdog" over revenue cycle operations to maintain quality and complianceManage multiple projects and shift focus as business priorities changePartner with cross-functional teams and report findings to leadershipWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, ideally in a hospital settingStrong knowledge of billing, denials, and collections processesEPIC experience requiredExperience with process improvement, automation, and AI concepts in operationsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsAbility to manage end-to-end processes and identify operational gapsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills
