Director Tax Advisory & Finance

Required: !!! Do you have a minimum of two years of tax prep for businesses and individuals? (corporate returns experience is strongly preferred)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Tax Services to lead our strategic tax advisory & finance department and oversee financial operations. This role will manage internal accounting functions while working closely with external CPAs and tax advisors to implement tax-efficient strategies and ensure compliance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with external CPAs on tax planning, tax filings, and strategic tax initiativesEnsure compliance with financial and tax regulationsSupport strategic business planning and growth initiativesOversee daily finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA required!5+ years of tax/finance/accounting experienceMinimum 2 years of tax prep workStrong understanding of financial reporting and tax planningExperience working with tax advisorsStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsPreferred: Corp tax returns
