Administrative Assistant
PT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Jph & Clark Structural, Inc. provides structural engineering design services to clients across the US for projects of various size and level of complexity. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of our Engineering Office. This role involves performing clerical, administrative, record-keeping, and other administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls in professional and courteous manner.• Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, organizing, etc.• Manage and maintain client contact and projects lists. • Track and order office and kitchen supplies.• Manage filing of projects and assist with paperless filing progression.• Create and maintain our company’s social media and website presence.• Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required.• Working knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful.• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.• 2 yrs of administrative office experience, or combination of education & experience preferred.
