At Monarch Healthcare Management, our RNs can choose a schedule that fits their lifestyle - whether that's a structured block schedule or a weekend-only commitment with higher hourly ratesSchedule & Pay OptionsWhen hired, RNs may choose one of the following weekend-focused schedules:Every Weekend (EW): $39/hour Position SummaryThe RN manages and supervises resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Residents' Bill of Rights, and the facility's QAPI program, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of person-centered care. The role conducts comprehensive health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and oversees the implementation of nursing interventions while continuously evaluating outcomes. The RN provides direct and specialized nursing services including IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education. All while maintaining strict adherence to scope-of-practice guidelines, safety protocols, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
