At Monarch Healthcare Management, our CNAs can choose a schedule that fits their lifestyle — whether that's a structured block schedule or a weekend-only commitment with higher hourly rates.Schedule & Pay OptionsWhen hired, CNAs may choose one of the following weekend-focused schedules:Every Other Weekend (EOW): $24/hour3 Out of 4 Weekends: $26/hourEvery Weekend (EW): $28/hourBonus flexibility:Weekend-only team members may pick up additional shifts during the week if desired. Any additional shifts worked outside the weekend commitment will be paid at the CNA's regular hourly rate (not the weekend premium rate).Position SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality direct care and support to tenants under the supervision of a licensed nurse or Assisted Living Clinical Manager. Care is delivered in accordance with each tenant's Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Tenant's Bill of Rights, and the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.CNAs assist tenants with activities of daily living while supporting physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
