Microelectronics Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Microelectronics Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.This role will oversee research-driven program execution in support of government customers, with a strong focus on semiconductor supply chain risk, analytical reporting, and actionable insight development. The position partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality responses, identify vulnerabilities, and translate complex data into clear recommendations. The manager will also guide a small team and help improve the processes used to gather and evaluate open-source information.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $125,000 – $145,000 annuallyResponsibilities Represent the microelectronics team to government clients and develop scalable research strategies Lead responses to government RFIs with high-quality production and review Analyze semiconductor processes and supply chains to identify vulnerabilities Research and analyze public data on market trends and regulatory considerations Provide actionable insights to mitigate supply chain risks for government clients Identify process improvement opportunities in open-source data gathering Manage a small team to achieve complex risk analysis goalsQualifications Active Secret U.S. Government security clearance required Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable 10+ years in program management, support, or supply chain risk analysis 4+ years in the microelectronics or semiconductor industry Proficient in producing detailed research and analytical reports Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement benefits with 401(k) matching Educational reimbursement Parental leave Employee stock purchase plan Tax-saving options Disability and life insurance Pet insuranceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
