Microelectronics Program Manager

1. About Our Client:The organization operates within the microelectronics and semiconductor industry, addressing challenges related to global supply chain risk. It supports U.S. government customers by providing expertise in tracking and analyzing trends and vulnerabilities across the semiconductor supply chain to inform critical decision-making.2. About the Opportunity:The Microelectronics Program Manager will lead a specialized team responsible for analyzing global semiconductor risks and providing actionable insights to government clients. This role focuses on conducting detailed technology assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities within the microelectronics landscape and support informed government decision-making.3. Responsibilities:Represent the microelectronics team in engagements with government clientsLead development and refinement of responses to government Requests for InformationAnalyze semiconductor hardware, processes, and supply chains to identify risksResearch publicly available data on strategic planning, forecasts, regulations, and performance trendsProvide recommendations to mitigate supply chain risksIdentify process improvements for open-source data gathering and risk assessmentManage a small team delivering complex risk analysis reportsProvide on-site client support for inquiries and analytical guidance as needed4. Requirements:Active Secret U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceOver 10 years of program management or supply chain risk analysis experienceAt least 4 years in the microelectronics or semiconductor industryProven research and analytical reporting skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:$125,000 - $145,000 annually6.
