Our goal is to become the Bay Area’s go-to Taiwanese beef noodle soup brand and eventually beyond the Bay.Role DescriptionMust BE LOCAL - need to visit the restaurant physically at least once a month to take photos/video.Month to month contract work budget between $1500-$3000 looking for someone to run Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and/or Tik Tok marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and shape the narrative that we are the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup brand in the Bay, then beyond. Looking for someone that understands the different apparatuses of social media and which tool(s) will be best to achieve the results we're looking for.TasksPlan and run paid + organic campaigns across the right platforms for our goalsBuild a simple content engine (short-form video, UGC, behind-the-scenes, chef stories)Test hooks, formats, and posting cadence; iterate from dataPartner on influencer/creator seeding and community engagementTrack and report on performance (growth, reach, saves, CTR, web visits, UGC volume)QualificationsProven experience managing social media platforms and campaignsSocial Media Marketing and Social Media OptimizationContent Strategy and Creation skillsAnalytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics toolsDM with portfolio + one a 1 Month Idea
