Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Spend one day per week delivering direct therapy, conducting evaluations and reevaluations, and supporting IEP processes. This role is perfect for a dedicated Physical Therapist seeking a rewarding contract opportunity working with a diverse student population in a supportive school environment.What you’ll need to bring:Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in South CarolinaAt least a master’s degree in Physical TherapyHands-on experience practicing as a Physical TherapistDirect experience in pediatric care settingsPrevious background working within the school systemFamiliarity and experience with the EDPlan SC IEP program strongly preferredWhat you’ll be doing:Delivering approximately 27 hours of physical therapy services per month, typically one day a week on-siteCompleting comprehensive initial evaluations and timely reevaluationsPreparing and maintaining accurate, compliant Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentationParticipating in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with students, families, and the teaching teamPromoting student access, engagement, and achievement through tailored physical therapy interventionsMake a meaningful difference while managing a manageable caseload that allows for personalized care and professional balance.
