We’re hiring a top 1% early-career performer who wants real ownership, client exposure, and rapid growth. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and support Salesforce-based implementations of the OneCommute platform for public sector clients.You’ll work directly with clients, configure solutions, manage delivery, and help shape how our platform scales nationally. You’ll report to the Director of Client Services and be part of a high-performance, entrepreneurial team.What You’ll DoLead and support end-to-end Salesforce implementations (configuration + delivery)Manage project timelines, milestones, and client expectationsWork directly with MPOs, TMAs, DOTs, and large employersTranslate business needs into Salesforce solutions (objects, workflows, reporting, Experience Cloud)Drive onboarding, training, and adoption across client teamsSupport internal initiatives to improve delivery, automation, and scalabilityOperate with a high level of ownership and accountabilityWho You Are (Top 1% Profile)1–4 years experience but already operating above your levelHands-on exposure to Salesforce (Admin, implementation, Trailhead, or real-world use)Strong communicator—comfortable presenting and working with clientsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCurious, fast learner who thrives in a high-expectation environmentInterested in technology, SaaS, public sector, or transportation innovationBonus Points:Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder)Experience with SaaS implementations or consultingExposure to government, transportation, or CRM systemsWhy This Role Stands OutCompetitive salary: $70K–$115K + performance bonusFast-track career growth with real responsibility earlyHands-on Salesforce + SaaS implementation experienceWork on projects that impact cities, infrastructure, and sustainability95% remote with minimal travel (~5% for conferences/clients)Direct exposure to leadership and strategic projectsLocation & TravelRemote (U.S.-based preferred)Occasional travel for conferences or client meetings
