Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. You will source qualified technical candidates, build talent pipelines, and manage the interview process to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.US IT Knowledge: Understand and communicate US tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) and visa categories Relationship Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Required Skills & Qualifications1+ year of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.Proven success in sourcing IT roles such as Software Developers, DevOps, and Data Engineers.Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques.Strong understanding of Visa typesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with ATS and VMS portals. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.Experience with high-volume hiring and meeting, performance-driven metrics.
