The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on digital transformation and engagement. This role involves working remotely and requires a deep understanding of the State & Local government landscape, procurement processes, and technology needs. The Vice President will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as providing strategic insights to professional services and systems integration. A key aspect of the role is to sell a comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class solutions, driving digital transformation within customer and citizen experience. Applicants for the Vice President, Digital Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in business development within the State & Local sector, with a proven track record of success. The role demands experience in selling PaaS, SaaS, and/or professional services in a contact center solutions environment, and a strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing and executing strategic business plans, maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and providing valuable insights into agency procurement cycles and decision-making processes.
