We also foster global connections by sharing these experiences with underrepresented communities worldwide, helping children build friendships and recognize their potential in one another.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Program Operations Support role located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Program Operations Support professional will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our programming, ensuring smooth implementation of educational activities, and maintaining materials and resources. Responsibilities include providing operational support to the team, analyzing program data for improvement, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service for stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with team members to identify opportunities to enhance the program's impact.QualificationsStrong skills in Operational Support and Operations ManagementAnalytical skills to evaluate program data and identify areas for improvementExceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communicationCustomer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience for stakeholdersAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in software tools for operations and analyticsPassion for working with underrepresented communities and youth developmentExperience working in educational or non-profit organizations is a plusWho this is forYou bring strong organization, reliability, and ownership to your work.
